Blown Away Service

I have not been on Dotsure for too long, however I have had to claim 3x in the last 2 months. On all 3 occasions I have submitted online, completed and uploaded the relevant info and have been paid out that same day. I am constantly blown away by this service. I have never had to haggle about and argue about what and what can't be paid, which would be very stressful given the fact that my claims related to my fur baby having a cluster of seizures over the long weekend. I believe that Lee-Ann Heideman was on the other side of the computer attending to my claims. Lee-Ann all I can say is that you are a gem. Thank you to everyone for the professionalism you have displayed. Long may it continue.
