Blaine du Plessis was contacted by my husband a few weeks ago to initially enquire about pet insurance as we are on a waitlist for our 4-paw baby. Today hubby called again with our reference number and Blaine immediately knew who he was talking to, the name of our 4-paw baby which we will be getting in 4 weeks time and immediately forwarded all the necessary documents to complete the process. Blaine knows his product, was helpful, friendly and very efficient. Thank you Blaine
