Big thumbs up!

A big thumbs up to this company - call centre agent, Carla, was very efficient and friendly in assisting me with the policy. I am often unavailable on my phone during the day and she went the extra mile to get hold of me and get the admin sorted. Another nice surprise is that I was helped in Afrikaans, which is my first language! I trust that their claims process will run just as smooth. Thank you, Carla, for going the extra mile! :)
