Bianca Johnson is a star!

<p>Bianca recently called me to invite me to consider dotsure pet insurance. I was unsure of my options and asked many questions which she patiently answered. I could not decide at the time and she offered to call me back once I'd discussed with my husband. After a few days she called, and I only had more questions. She assisted with each, and pleasantly offered to call back again once I had considered. The third time she called I was driving....the fourth time suited me perfectly! I could commit and she helped me through the process. She was professional and friendly and made the experience one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends! Thanks Bianca - you're awesome! Thereafter, Ashley also did his bit by welcoming my "Thunder & Lightning" to dotsure - these people are going places! </p>
