Bianca Johnson, a Pet Sales Consultant (shall I say the BEST Pet Sales Consultant at Dotsure) was absolutely brilliant, so understanding, and made the process easy and efficient. I really appreciated her bubbly energy and her willingness to help me and my new puppy. She was so friendly and genuinely cared. If you ever want to have a great experience and join a great pet insurance, Dotsure is the way to go. And ask for Bianca !
