Beyond useless
Shocking service received from the Claims department. I have lodged a claim on Monday. They never called me once, I have followed up over 10 times only to be told they did not receive documents, etc. Absolutely useless!!! 1 email received from my so called claims handler - Crystal Bruiners. Zero acknowledgement of receipt of emails! We still don't have an approves claim after 5days!!!
