Beyond excellent service and customer relations

I have been with Dotsure for a little under a year now. Every time I put in a claim I experienced excellent service, friendly, helpful, caring, understanding and respectful staff. Their claims are paid out within 3 days and sometimes they are paid out within 12 hours! I cannot remember every person I have spoken to at Dotsure, but their sales representative right up to the most recent lady who phoned me for a claim followup and update Sherezan Erasmus has treated me with respect and were so polite and friendly!! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Well done Dotsure for your amazing brilliant and excellent service and customer relations!
