Beware of Dotsure insurance

I had an insurance for motor and contents cover with the said insurance, On the 06 April 2024, i was ****** at gunpoint and they took a lot of stuff from me, including a car key for another vehicle, my 2 wallets, my iphone 11 pro max that was insured fro R20 000, a spare wheel and jack set, all my cards were taken including my ID card. As if was not enough, i received a letter on the 12 providing me with a notice to cancel my cover, now i am dealing with the secong trauma on top of the trauma, on the 15 April 2024, i received a letter saying they have paid me R15000 ;less R1500 for my R20000 cell phone that i was busy paying the cover for. I want Dotsure to compensate my R5000, i have been paying for my R20 000 cellphone and they were receiving their money on time and when its time to pay, they cancel my insurance and reduce my expected money for my cellphone. I have noted that they are evil, they dont even ask how i am doing except to add stress on top of the tyrauma.
