Beware Add On's to your policy

I dealt with Bonisile Tshayisa, and had a very bad experience. I requested a quotation for two vehicles which he had given me and I agreed on the original quote and monthly instalment. I later determined that the salesperson Bonisile Tshayisa had added car hire and excess cover which I didn't need or agree to. I had sent several emails to the effect of starting the new policy which was a nightmare and perhaps warning bells and numerous emails regarding the "add on" products which I didn't want and don't make sense to me being offered.

I have contacted DotSure again and spoke to Natassia who will rectify the policy. Beware when salespeople just read off and expect you to follow on (even if you have a bad connection). I am waiting for feedback to ensure the policy debt order has been adjusted accordingly.
