I have needed to claim from my dog's accidental pet insurance three times. Each time I have submitted a claim, I have received feedback the same day or the very next day. The consultant dealing with the claim has always phoned the same or next day to give an update. The consultants have always been professional and friendly. I've been told payment will be done in the next 2-3 working days with the amount usually paid within 1-2 days. I will go as far as to say that my experience with Dotsure service has been the best I have received in South Africa. I would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family.
