Best service ever :)

Best service I have ever received from any business! I had pet insurance for over a year with Dotsure and had to cancel it this month, due to relocating to a non pet friendly area. We gave our dog to a close friend. I notified them that I want to cancel and on the same day they phoned me and told me they will send me the proof of cancelation and will refund me for the remaining days of January since I already paid for the full month. Unfortunately I can't remember the lady's name who I spoke to, but she was extremely friendly and even asked how we are coping after giving our dog away and how she is adjusting to her new home. Dotsure doesn't just care about how much money they can get out of you like most companies. They have values and really care about their customers. You go guys!
