Dot Sure have been amazing since the day I signed up with them. I joined when I just got my pup 4 months ago. 1 month or so later just after our waiting period for illness cover, my pup needed an operation and dotsure covered majority of the costs (only part not covered was exactly what was stated in our agreement). I am a first time pet owner so didn't understand some parts of which Bernadine Bence explained very nicely to me. She was very efficient with handling my refund and i got reimbursed in a day of claiming. Also a shout out to Vanessa Jones who signed us up. Very helpful and very friendly. I have referred everyone I know to dotsure.
