Heather Mackenzie from Dotsure made it Super easy to put my new fur-baby on a medical aid with great cover, she answered all the questions and concerns i had and explained exactly what will be covered and what not, all in less than 20 min. For once it was an absolute pleasure to deal with insurance. Thanks again Heather
