I have several policies with different companies and picked up that there was an error regarding the date of birth for my mother in law and immediately informed the companies on the 27 November 2018 to these day nobody rep**** or rectified it. Today i remember that i also have a policy with Dotsure and my consultant was MOTHUSI LUSU. I sent him and email and my mother in law ID copy he immediately rep**** and sent me a rectified recent policy in minutes and went to an extent to ask if i needed any extra help.
