best pet medical aid ever!!!!
what can i say - the consultant was friendly and immediately phoned me back the same day to confirm receipts of my pets medical claim. my claim was approved and paid back within in days and i just wish our human medical aids were this efficient :) thank you to the consultant Samantha Armstrong for your friendliness and professionalism. very rare that i find this level of service these days
