Honestly the best insurance policy with the kindest people. Put in my claim for my two dogs that passed away and Glayvia was so helpful and sincere, my claim was paid out within 24 hours. I phoned to cancel my policy this morning and Chane was so quick, I received my cancellation letter not even 5 minutes later. Truly exceptional service. If I ever decide to get pets in the future, Dotsure is and will always be my only choice. Highly recommend them to everyone.
