Best Insurance ever

I've used to be a member with them for about 6 years, maybe a bit longer. I have NEVER in my ENTIRE LIFE had such extraordinary customer service with any subscription of any kind. These people at Dotsure are some of the most loving and caring people I have ever met via a phone call. I had an Australian Cattle Dog for the 6 years I was with them them the first time and they treated me and my beautiful fur baby with such care. I would rather pay more at Dotsure for a premium insurance package and know that my fur babies are taken well care of than pay a fee of say R120 at any other pet insurance company and get horrible customer service and not have my vet bills covered due to hidden clauses. Yes the Dotsure portal get some getting used to and yes it was easier to just send an email, but to know that your claim is not just important to them, but a necessity for your fur babies health, reassures me that my vet bills will be taken care of, to the best of their abilities. To top it all off the payouts of each claim has NEVER taken longer than 3 days. Most of my claims with my, now dearly departed fur baby, was met with a swift payment. I have never had to call them in order to find out when will reflect in my account. I cannot stress this enough. THEY ARE THE BEST OPTION WITH THE BEST OPTION PLANS FOR ANY FUR BABY YOU MIGHT HAVE.
