What a smooth process - from start to finish. Bernadine was a saving grace with my millions of questions as this is our first pup and I had no clue where to start. She was very prompt and incredibly helpful. She was also so honest when answering my questions (which cover to take, which add-ons to make use of) which is something rare in this world where people just want to sell you absolutely everything, even when unnecessary which I appreciated so much.
