When you get a pet initially you can handle the annual shots, even the sterilisation. But when your dog tears a knee ligament, that become 10s of thousands of rands. I got dotsure after that because I don't want to be placed in a situation where I have to choose between money or my dog's life. The claim process is very easy and fast. Communication very thorough.
