Best Customer Service Ever - Dotsure
Very friendly, fast and efficient customer service from the team with each and every claim. I have been with Dotsure for over 3 years now and every single time I have claimed, they have phoned me to inform me about the payout, received the breakdown of the payment and assisted me with limits / cover queries for MRI scans etc. when I needed it for my 1 fur child. I have submitted claims at 18h00 at night and the next morning before 09h00 I get a call regarding my claim - best customer service ever.
