I have been speaking and consulting with Bernard van Biljon from Dogsure, he was very, friendly, patient and polite, ready to answer any questions I have. His attitude towards helping and trying to pronounce my sometimes difficult surname for some, also made it worth the process(name pronunciation)is important.
