Bernadine Bence was the telephonic consultant for who was extremely thorough in explaining the different types of cover and benefits on the hollard dotsure pet insurance. She was very kind and knowledgeable and showed compassion and interest in the cover for my puppy. Thank you Bernice; as much as I hope I will not need to claim, in case I do, I hope to experience the pleasure of the same experience with this product. Thank you.
