Bernadine Bence was such a pleasure to deal with. I asked for a callback at a certain time, which was adhered to and she actually listened to everything I said and remembered it on the follow up call. These acts are underrated in the service industry and I must commend her for this excellent service. It cannot be an easy job but she has such a passion and love for not only her job but ultimately the client she is welcoming - the pets! She is knowledgable on the products and comfortably answers concerns with patience and intellect.
