20 Apr 2026, 16:48You still have not resolved my issue, despite someone calling me the next day when you found this review, you have not solved any problems as of yet, not even a follow-up or acknowledgement of me sending more files from the vet. Still waiting. I hate to be a Karin like this, but it seems to be the only way to get a response out of this team.
