BENEFITS FOR PET INSURANCE A JOKE!

Dotsure bought out Petsure Insurance and the annual benefits were similar to what Petsure had offered over the 30 odd years being with them. Petsure was great, had fantastic benefits and so sad that they sold to Dotsure!

So year 2023 my pet had to be hospitalized and was in critical care. Dotsure refunded only 50% of the bill. When checking what was not paid to my utter shock noted they have limited medicines to a mere R650 a year!

The medication for hospitalization was over R3k! Unfortunately due to the age of the dogs they will not be accepted elsewhere otherwise a change would have taken place.

Yes, Dotsure’s claim turn around is great. But so was Petsure in their day!

Not happy with the benefits that they are offering for pet medical insurance!!!!! And to upgrade makes little difference as benefits are not much better.
