Ben Vanqa

I had a claim with Dotsure and the reason I am rating it 5 stars its because of the service I received from Ben Vanqa (Legal Department) was really amazing. He knows what a good customer service is and fighting for a customer the way he did, it is exceptional. As a first timer in car insurance claims it gave me hope.
