Be careful they only pay for medication once per illness - If reoccurring its for your own pocket
Joined Dotsure pet insurance in 2021... Since then I've only had 2 claims.
Yes only two claims, of which was not fully covered.
In 2026 my dog got diagnosed with Cushings disease... Dotsure let me know that they are short term insurance only. So if you pet needs monthly medication or treatment they will not assist you in
They pay for treatment once per condition. So my pet insurance does not benefit conditions/sickness that requires continuous treatment... keep this in mind.
The monthly medication is for owners pocket. If I knew what I know now I would have saved up monthly rather than having pet insurance.
I have received good service from Dotsure with my 2 claims in 4 years.
