Be careful

Be extremely careful when you choose dotsure for pet cover. Our dog was on a standard plan for a couple of years, but recently I requested to upgrade her plan as she turned 10. I was told that she had to upgrade before the age of nine, yet no-one specifically drew my attention to that at the time, although they called me to offer different options. I requested the phone conversation of 2021 to be retrieved, and it was confirmed that it was not mentioned that dogs have to upgrade before they turn nine., nor written in the subsequent communication sent to me the following day, I requested my case to be re-assessed and was told that management said it was impossible to go against the rules. No attempt was even made to discuss possible alternatives with me.
