Be aware of Dotsure their service is very poor and they wont keep what is in your policy.

I took a MotorWarranty cover with the Above insurer from March 2024. It then happen that in July 2024 my car over hearted and when i take the car to RS Motor, they requested my policy document and they contact them to prove the policy exists. They (DotSure) confirmed the policy, but when they were told that i am claiming. They told RS Motors they don't deal with mechanics they will contact me. After back and forth the quotation of R20044,30 was submitted and the pictures as their Request (Mischke Booysen) was very rude to the garage and very poor service he gave me with his company. And as we speak i need to pay from my own pocket for the poor ****ming Dotsure company.
