Bad service once again.
I've been waiting for ages for a claim to be escalated and for someone to get back and contact me. They tell me a part is covered they then repudiate my claim why because the part didn't break to there liking 🤣. No one has called nothing has been followed up or escalated sad to deal with a company like this. I AGAIN SAY DO NOT DEAL WITH DOT SURE.

17 May 2023, 13:02Thank you for finally getting back to me with regards to our complaint. 1st your response. We where told that only if the timing chain snaps do they cover the vehicle which I could of been ********* and said it did but it didn't, I was told by dotsure it hadn't been serviced, you cannot service a timing chain the chain so your response was utter *******. Thank you for taking years of premiums from us only to discard our 1st claim.
