Bad service from Dotsure insurance company

I'm so disappointed with your service towards me and I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone because of poor service you rendered to me I made a claim in July 2021 then you said I must take my car to Durban South Panel Beater for the repairs and I did so. Since then I haven't got my car back if I enquire about it they always tells me they are waiting for the parts. I bought the car because I wanted things to be easier for me like going to work and transporting my kids to school of which is impossible now. It's been 2 months paying the insurance and the car which is not at me and I'm also paying for transportation fee for me and my kids too, which is now very costly for me and this thing puts me in an extremely tight position financially . I need my car back. This thing makes me reconsider of changing to another insurance company 😠😠😠
