Bad service from dotsure

My car got broken into last Sunday. I called dotsure on Monday and it now the weekend and my car is still not fixed. Each time I call the call centre they tell me someone will call me to sort it out. no one has gotten back to me. How am I supposed to drive my car witg a broken window. Your service is pathetic.
