Bad service from Dot sure

My taxi had a front smash in September 2020 insured by Dotsure.damages with panel beater was R54000 which was submitted with everything Dotsure asked for.to my surprise they paid R22000 and gave me their supplier,s number for parts.to my surprise the airbag from the supplier was R1400 where's with the agents it was R17000.that,s where I asked for warranty before the parts are sent after which supplier dd,nt give.i complained with Dotsure with no help even in January 2023 I spoke to a lady called Catherine who was too arrogant to even listen.up to now taxi had no passenger airbag meaning the two front safety belts are not working.can you please help?
