BAD service

I had a rather unpleasant experience with them today, I requested a quote on their website, filled in all the information about my 1 cat that I want a quote for. Then, I get a phone call from them, they ask me how they can help me with insurance for my DOG??!! I corrected them, after which I had to give them all the information I already provided on the website. When I asked about that, the answer was "oh, I don't know why the information did not pull through..... like I have that kind of time to waste on repeating myself. Then came the best. They cannot email me a brochure on what they all cover, they have to take me through everything telephonically.... seriously, in this time and age? Again, I do not have that kind of time during office hours. That is the end of me ever looking at them again, and will rather stay without pet insurance, or go elsewhere.
