Bad Service
I called 5 times today , left 2 messages to be called back to register a new claim , No one is answering the phones or calling back

i had to call roadside assistance to find someone to talk to , they too lost my first call, and I called again , only to be put thru to reception , who then transferred me to claims ,
you do not battle to get my premiums each month , and I get told it can take days to log a claim ,
really !!!!!!!
