Bad Service

I have been with them for years and always tell other callers I don't want to change as they are the cheapest . However every time I do have to claim it takes weeks to get the claim approved and i get told different stories by every person i call . Im now carless again and its 5 days into the report and they are still pushing me form pillar to post and apparently everyone ive spoken to before isn't telling me the truth !! I've been told to go to OUTsurance by friend , that this doesnt happen but who can verify that,
