Bad Service

The worst service in the whole of South Africa I reported my case on the 22nd July No one contacted me until I contacted them myself Spoke with 7 different people. My car was towed 70km away in which I was only 10km away from my town No one wanted to listen when I explained the distance I got an sms on the 25th with a wrong name I was not told that the Tyre burst must be reported to police so they penalized me with R4500 Then Penalized me for the accident that there was no third party involved, and a fee of R4 500 demanded from me Then penalized me for the type of tracker I have R4 500 in which when I joined I gave them the tracker certificate I managed to fight for the tracker one now they claim I must pay R13 500 excess fees. Originally they wanted R18 000 excess fee I have never seen a company like this . Worst service worst consultants.
