BAD SERVICE - DOTSURE
Dont know how they were voted no 1 insurance company. One of their clients drove into the back of my car. I called to find out how to lodge a claim. What a mess. Was put through to 3 different people. The third person explained that they first repair their clients car and then only will they help me. What type of service is this. Their client is the one that damaged my car but they are not prepared to assist with my car, they should get advice from OUTSURANCE on how to deal with customers. Whenever I have dealt with Outsurance I have always been 100% satisfied with their service.
