BAD SERVICE

We have being having a policy with DOT SURE since 2009, we have never missed any payment, now we have had a problem with one of our car which was also being covered under a service warrantee the service that we have had its very bad to a point that when you call them they end up hanging up the call while you taking to them, then don't return our calls maybe it's because we are black people, we have being doing the run around for more than a ,months sending them relevant document to them which even today they still haven't paid , Dot sure insure it's so bad to a point were I would never recommend anyone to take their insurance or their warrantee of service we so regret to take your service with A BIG REGRET DOT SURE YOUR SERVICE ITS SO BAD

WHEN CALLING COMPAINT OFFICE THEY REFUSED TO PUT US THROW SO THAT WE CAN LAY OUR COMPAIN REGARDING SUCH MATTERS,
