BAD SERVICE

I was looking for motor warranty on my car which is not a new car and the mileage is high. I then got alot of recommendations by trusted friends to sign up with DOTSURE. I signed up. Now when I have to claim I am being given the run around and my claim has been denied. For a fact I spoke with 2 individuals and DOTSURE has paid out whether the dealer was a RMI or not and I have seen that DOTSURE processed the claim. Long story short, my claim was denied because the quote I got wasn't from DOTSURE, I then collected my car and went to an RMI dealer I got the quote and DOTSURE turns around and says "sorry we unable to pay out your claim" due to your last 2 services was not done by an RMI dealer. When I for a fact KNOW of people who got their claims paid who is on the exact same policy I am on.
