Bad service

I am not happy with their service, Zukisani Luwana who is dealing with my claim (ny***12***1) is not handling it properly. There is no communication from the Dotsure consultant. They are not updating me with the progress, I last spoke to him on the 07/02/20 he promised to get back to me on Tuesday but whenever I tried to call him they say he is busy with another client, mind you I am using airtime every day by contacting him which supposed to be the other way around! It's so easy for dotsure to deduct my premiums but now when I need help with dealing with my claim it's such a mission even to contact the relevant consultant. Very unhappy client!
