Bad service and minimum payments for major issues

Worst service ever my dog had to go in for dental work and was told it would cost R6500 when contacting dotsure I was told they pay R600 of that only. I have been trying to contact them to therefor cancel my policy as now when the big issues come up they essentially pay nothing. It has been 4 days of them trying to contact me as they apparently need telephonic confirmation and tends to call when they feel like it from numbers that are auto blocked or they ring once and drop. I have now tried calling them to cancel and couldn't even get through to a consultant. This is seriously bad service and I would recommend never using them for any form of insurance
