Bad Service and customer service
I receive worst service ever from Dot Sure, my claim handler was Caylin Grill and she was never of any assistance, after days of calling and trying to get feedback, what she says to me is that, “I was on lunch” this is after a week of submitting my claim… I am utterly disappointed in DotSure’s service and I wound not recommend anyone to join this insurance because of the service that I have received.
