Bad service
Its the most terrible service to claim from the home contents department. Tomorrow is one week..no feedback...my work pc broke I explained the urgency..nothing. The pet claims is just perfect service..but thinking of canceling my home insurance with them. Waiting a week with no feedback at all is not acceptable.
