Bad service

The worst ever, we regret joining this nonsense, definitely canceling this stupid insurance, keeps on canceling our claim. We enquired they requested other documents, we submit them, then they dont even call to communicate, worst insurance ever. Every time we follow up, they ask for our reference then do nothing afterwards. We have called, emailed, whatsapp'ed. They just ignore us.
