Bad service

Dotsure is refusing to pay my claim, first they said they have a 60 day waiting period on new policies and when they realised my policy wasnt new (so they wanted to decline without reason or proper investigation) they decided no its because they didnt receive 2 premiums on the policy, and thats because they decided not to debit my account for 2 months and got my policy to lapse, iv sent bank statements to prove that there were no attempts to debit but now are just blatantly ignoring me. They claim is 5 days old and none of them are bothered to even keep me updated. When i call they all literally just brush the matter off and no one wants to help, their service is very poor
