Bad Service
I had a terrible experience with Dotsure Warranty during the month of January 2025, here goes the story i bought a 2019 VW Kombi T6. My vehicle has been serviced by the Agent every since i bought and on the 04 Jan 2025 i had a breakdown in Zeerust. We towed it to VW Rustenburg and we send service history to Dotsure for authorization i cannot believe that Dorsure refused to pay for the bill whilst the engine is covered under the Policy we insured it. This people are ******. I have a bad experience with them imagine i paid the policy for 2 years and when is time for them to help me they just said they cant help Mxm
