Bad service
At dotsure for you get assistance you have run round like a headless chicken. I have registered a claim regarding my vehicle which was involved in an accident till today dotsure hasn't assigned a consultant for my claim. When I reach out to them they keep saying the same thing now and forever that they will get back to me. But when month end comes they'll deduct their installment without any hesitation.
