Bad service
<div>We received an email from them saying cellphone insurance will be discontinued as from 30 December 2019 without detailed explanation. This after we've not even had the policy for 10 months and without proper notice beforehand. They better contact all affected clients by telephone and explain or risk costly lawsuits and cancellations of other policies taken out with them. This is totally unacceptable. Bel of ek gaan stap self in en dan is jule ---- amptelik geboek.</div>

Unfortunately, it was a business decision made to discontinue this product. Insurance is a month-to-month risk contract. You were fully covered for the time you paid your premiums. We will no longer be deducting premiums from you as we will no longer offer this product.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Should you wish to continue this cover, we can offer you bundled cover with your home contents insurance.
