Bad service

I have been with dotsure for sometime now, and every single claim in maybe the last 7 months has had issues. Minimum payout, you try rectify and can not speak to a human. You eventually sort one claim where you have waiting for months, then immediately the next claim same issue. Send emails, told someone will contact and you still wait.
